UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.
Charges: £2.95 for orders up to £50.00, free for orders over £50.00
UK Express Delivery
For Express postage, we aim to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days of you placing your order before 12pm (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) (Also Highlands and Irelands which could take up to 2-3 working days)

Return & Exchange Policy
Furever Gifts are really sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. To ensure you have a swift and hassle free exchange/refund please read carefully our 14 day return policy.
All animal related gift items must be returned in a re-sellable condition, in the original packaging, with original labels still intact and make sure that the goods are in the same condition as you received them.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be enclosed with the returned item so we know who and what we are providing the exchange/refund to.
Please read carefully and follow the washing/care instructions of your garments as we will not be held liable if these are not followed.
When trying on items please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent on or makeup that may mark the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
How to Return an Item
Before returning items please ensure all original tags / packaging are in place and enclose your order number/proof of purchase with a note describing the reason for return.
Please use the Post Office to return your items and ask for a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which we strongly advise you keep for your own records as we will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note if you choose to return items, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return to us.
We will only refund the cost of postage (plus the original postage from when you purchased it) after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty.
Once your items are received and checked, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

Returning an Incorrectly Shipped Item
When you order with us we check the details you provide on several occasions. However, if we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email email@example.com
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s
